InstantNote+ is a reminder and scheduler mobile application that has voice reminder, text reminder, short alarm, call scheduler, sms scheduler and email scheduler. With this multi utility function tool, you can set these reminders or schedules instantly, optimize your time and increase your productivity.
The user needs to only 'select' the appropriate time from a matrix of time cells rather than 'setting' hours and minutes for a reminder or a schedule. The adjoining screenshot illustrates the concept. Times are arranged with a granularity of 15 minutes. By tapping on a cell in the first column (marked by AM or PM) the user can select times with 5 minutes granularity.
After selecting the appropriate time and date, the user can assign required function(s) through action buttons arranged at the bottom of the screen.
Features
InstantNote+ supports the following features:
1. Record specific voice message for each reminder. When the time set is reached, the voice you have recorded plays.
You can record and save your voice messages to create your favourite list - MyList . You can also use these saved messages as your standard voice reminders.
2. Memos for setting text reminders.
3. Schedule calls – You will never forget to make an important call. You can now quickly set a call whenever you remember. At the programmed time, you will be alerted, and with your consent, a call will be made to the number you had programmed.
4. Schedule SMS – Compose multiple SMSes, which will be sent out to the recipient(s) at the time(s) you have set.
5. Schedule Email – You can compose multiple Emails anytime, which will be sent out to the recipient(s) at the time(s) you have set.
6. Set a short Bell alerts in a flash.
7. Virtually, you can set any number of reminders and schedules in different combinations.
8. Reminders you set in InstantNote+ show up as appointments in the native calendar application.
9. You can view and/or erase Reminder(s) and Schedule(s) details anytime.
